UMATTR AI for Business

AI Readiness Decision Frame

Separate hype from the real operational question so the evaluation starts with consequence, not novelty.

10 minPublic preview

Start with the real business question

Teams often start too late in the chain by comparing tools before naming the real decision. A better sequence is simpler: what problem exists, what cost it creates, who owns it, and what would count as a materially better outcome.

Business mistake

If the team starts with vendor features instead of operational need, the evaluation becomes marketing-led instead of decision-led.

  • Name the operational pain clearly.
  • Identify cost, delay, or exposure tied to it.
  • Decide which outcomes must improve before any rollout is justified.
