If UMATTR introduces recurring access, cancellations would apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated at purchase. Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed and should be reviewed against the final subscription model before launch.

If you were charged twice, purchased the same item twice by mistake, or encounter a billing error, contact support with the purchase details so we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.
