UMATTR wants purchases to feel confident, not vague. This policy explains how refunds, billing issues, and support review are handled across digital programs and consulting offers.
Set expectations clearly enough that buyers feel respected and the business stays protected.
Keep the language readable, calm, and trustworthy rather than defensive.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access or download has been granted. If there is a delivery failure or material access issue, contact support and we will review the situation in good faith.
Membership cancellations apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated at purchase. Access remains available through the paid period already covered, and partial-period refunds are not guaranteed.
Consulting time, scoped advisory work, and custom engagements are typically non-refundable once scheduling, scoping, or delivery has begun. If a consulting issue arises, contact us promptly so we can review scope, delivery, and next steps directly.
If you were charged twice, purchased the same item twice by mistake, or encounter a billing error, contact support with the purchase details so we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.
Email team@umattr.ca with your full name, purchase email, product or service name, purchase date, and a concise summary of the issue. Include screenshots or receipts where useful.
We review support issues in good faith, with attention to delivery failures, access problems, duplicate billing, and materially unusual circumstances. A clear review process helps buyers feel taken seriously without turning the policy into a loophole-heavy document.
If you are unsure whether a program, consulting option, or purchase route fits your situation, reach out before buying or send us the issue promptly after purchase so we can review it clearly.
